  • Do you have a shop that I can visit?

  • Can I buy online?
    You can buy a wide range of appliances on www.euronics.co.uk which, if you are local to us, will be delivered and installed by our team. If you have any specific requirements or queries, please feel free to contact us by telephone or email and we will be happy to help.
  • Can you collect my old appliance?
    We are happy to collect your domestic appliance at the time of delivery. We are fully licensed to collect and recycle appliances.
  • Can I order online and collect in store?
    Yes, if you place an order on www.euronics.co.uk you can select the 'click and collect' option during checkout and your goods will be available in our store.
  • Will you install my new appliance?
    Yes, we offer a full installation service or if you choose, we can offer a drop off option.
  • Do you keep a range of products in store for quick delivery?
    Yes, we understand that some appliances need urgently replacing so we keep a good selection in the shop and in our warehouse for speedy delivery.
  • Do you keep accessories in store?
    We keep a wide range of accessories including Vacuum bags, batteries, bulbs and leads. If you would like to check stock before you visit feel free to give us a call.
  • Can you recommend any tradesman to help me with problem?
    Absolutely. We have a close working relationship with a lot of local electricians, appliance engineers, gas men, tv aerial serviceman, amongst others in which we'll happily pass you on some details if you give us a ring.
  • Do you sell appliances models not shown on your website or Euronics site?
    Absolutely. If there's ever a certain model of a brand who you're interested in that you can't see in our shop or on our website, then come and see us or call us in which we'll happily find what it is you're after.
  • Do your integrated appliance installation prices cover the re fitting of door panels?
    Absolutely.
  • Do you provide a gas installation service for gas hobs and gas ovens?
    Absolutely. We have a range of reliable gas men on our books who we work very closely with, who can provide you with that additional service if you need it. If you need the number of a reliable gas man or need us to book a gas man on your behalf once you've bought a gas appliance from us, then just let us know.
  • Do you provide a door reversal service for freestanding fridges and freezers?
    Absolutely. We charge £40 for our door reversal service. Please make sure you request this service with a member of our team if you're buying a cold appliance as its an additional service.
  • How long should I leave my new cooling appliance to settle before using it?
    Once you've installed your new appliance, we advise you leave your freezer or fridge to stand for at least 3 - 4 hours before plugging in the appliance. This is to let the gases settle inside the cooling motor if the appliance has been laid down in our delivery van.
  • Do you have a business card I can download?
    Yes we do.
